I am currently a graduate student in the Department of Economics, University of Oxford. I conduct research on Time Series Econometrics under the supervision of Professor David F. Hendry (Fellow of the Econometric Society and the British Academy). BSc in Economics (1994-1999) at the University of Porto, Economics Faculty: I obtained a final mark of 17/20. This was the highest mark in that course, and that has earned me an award from the Bank of Portugal and another from the Foundation Engenheiro António de Almeida. During the academic year 1999/2000, I attended the Lectures in the Masters Programme in Economics at the University of Porto, specializing in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics. I also achieved an average mark of 17/20 on the Masters' exams. |

Experience |
2000/2001: I have been a class teacher for Microeconomics I and II, Economics of Information and Uncertainty and Introductory Microeconomics. I have also taught Quantitative Techniques for Economic Research to first year students in the Economics BSc. 1999/2000: I have taught introductory Micro and Macroeconomics courses, as well as Basic Management Tools and Quantitative Techniques for Economics Research. |
