Research Centre in Management and Economics - CEGE
CEGE was founded in 2003 as an autonomous research unit of the Catholic University of Portugal. The mission of CEGE is to contribute to the advancement of knowledge by creating a culture that furthers research excellence in accordance to international standards. More specific objectives include promoting the dissemination of research made in the School of Economics and Business Administration (FEG), increasing national and international cooperation with other research units, and promoting inter-disciplinary research projects. CEGE research covers a diversity of subjects in Economics, Management and related areas, and has a strong reputation for excellence in the areas of Competition and Regulation, Operations Management and Technology, and Development and Sustainability.
