We do research. We expect our students to join in.
The Catholic University in Porto, through the research centers and the Portuguese Science and Technology Foundation (FCT), provides the opportunity to participate in research projects by means of grants. The first step is having good academic achievement. This type of grant is intended to stimulate early scientific work and develop critical reasoning, creativity and autonomy in higher education students by practicing of research, learning new methods and participating in the life of the Institutions. The student will be integrated in research teams and will have a PhD member as supervisor. The grants last for one year, without prejudice to students applying for new grants at another host institution.
If you want to join our community and paying fees is a problem, do not give up.
