Palestrante: Ezequiel Coscueta (ESB-CBQF)
 
Ezequiel Coscueta is post-doctoral researcher in the Bioproducts and Bioactives research group at CBQF. He achieved a PhD in Biological Sciences and MSc in Biotechnology, with experience in Food Sciences and Biotechnological Processes, particularly in the isolation, purification and analysis of bioactive compounds. He is currently involved in research focused on the study of the biological properties of extracts/compounds attained from industrial byproducts (agrofood and fishery byproducts), especially in the production, identification and characterization of bioactive peptides.
